Job Description

The purpose of this position is to perform daily administration of the branch, including cashier and COD duties when needed.

  • Qualifications – Minimum Grade 12

Key Performance Indicators includes, but not limited to:

  • Opening of COD accounts for all Afintapart branches
  • Updating of COD schedule on a daily basis
  • Emailing of statements, invoices & credit notes to customers
  • Allocating incoming funds to debtor accounts if and when needed
  • Assisting with new debtor account applications, obtaining the required documentation and ensuring that all is in order before it’s handed in for authorization
  • Assisting with switchboard duties when required
  • Petty Cash & monthly recon
  • Assisting with quotes for Capex requirements
  • Monthly overtime/transport schedule
  • Other various admin duties
  • Equity Statement
