Co-ordinate the handling of difficult and/or unusual situations.

Eligibility Criteria :



  • Grade 12
  • 2-5 Years' experience in Customer service/Call center role
  • Experience in Logistics/FMCG would be advantageous
  • Computer literate: Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
  • Ability to handle pressure and mange multiple issues simultaneously
  • Resilience - to handle stressful situations, irate and demanding customers professionally
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize work

  • Organizing and planning - inbound/outbound administrative tasks to achieve targets
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills
