We offer a 12 months Learnership programme where you will attend classroom-based training combined with practical on-the-job work experience. During this time, you will be based in one of our TFG stores as a Sales Associate and be exposed to the on-the-go world of retail and fast fashion.
In addition to a qualification combined with relevant work experience, you’ll also gain business, personal and technical retail skills you can use across the business and throughout your career journey.

Eligibility Criteria :
Requirements
- Aged between 18 to 28 years old
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Available and willing to work a fixed term 12 month contract
- Willing to learn
- Obsessed with customer service
- Should not have been employed permanently with a single employer continuously for more than 1 year
- Should not be studying full time in the year of employment (April 23 – March 24)
- Should not have participated or been registered on the YES programme before
- Able to work retail hours
